SPONSOR A DRIVE - AROUND THE CLUBS

The costs of running our Football club is raising and with this in mind Robert Hurst and his wife Jeanette have come up with the idea of having a sponsored drive; the drive is to the grounds of all 57 clubs in the UniBond League.

The drive will start at The Tameside Stadium on Friday 27^th June 2008 at 10am and finish full circle at The Tameside Stadium on Sunday 29^th June 2008 at approximately 5pm. It will take in all 57 UniBond League clubs and a photograph will be taken at each ground as proof of each visit.

The Drive is estimated to cover 1235 miles from start to finish and it is estimated there will be a few diversions along the way bring the total mileage to approximately 1300 miles.

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED

Here’s where your help is needed, there are two ways in which you can help, firstly by sponsoring each mile, (minimum one penny per mile) or by taking a sponsorship form and getting as many people to sponsor each mile, if you wish to take this option you will be responsible for the collecting of the sponsorship.

Sponsorship forms can be acquired from Robert Hurst or any Committee Member.

Once the Drive has been completed all photographs will be put on the clubs website for all to see.
