After last week's postponed fixture, the Nash return to action this Saturday at 3pm, with a trip east to North Ferriby United.
Curzon fell to defeat last time out, losing 3-1 away to Leamington in the FA Trophy. Despite an early Niall Cummins goal, John Flanagan’s man were unable to hold out the Leamington attack, and were not knocked out of the FA Trophy at the first hurdle.
The hosts also head into the game on the back of defeat, after losing 2-0 to Nuneaton at home in the Vanarama National League North.
John Flanagan and his side will be desperate for the three points, as the Nash are without a win in their last five games in all competitions.
North Ferriby are also in need of the win, with the hosts recording just one all competitions this season. This came back in August when The Villagers defeated Blyth Spartans 1-0.
This torrid form has left North Ferriby without a win in 17 games, and has resulted in them falling to the foot of the table.
Things look much better for Curzon, as John Flanagan’s side sit 13th in the National League North, and six points off the play-off positions.
Last time we met…
The last time the two sides locked horns was on the opening day of the season, with the Nash running out 4-0 winners in an emphatic victory back in August.
Two goals from former Curzon striker, Max Leonard and a goal a piece for Niall Cummins and Matty Crothers sealed the win and all three points for John Flanagan’s men.
