Curzon Ashton are delighted to announce the signing of Joe Nolan on a short term loan from Blackburn Rovers. The 19-year-old midfielder comes into Adam Lakeland's squad in need of boosting numbers following injuries to multiple members of the first team.

Nolan first came through Preston North End's academy, before joining Rovers in January 2021. After a short term trial, he signed an 18-month deal to keep him in Blackburn until the summer of 2022.

Nolan will be immediately available for selection ahead of tomorrow's FA Trophy game against Alfreton Town at the Tameside Stadium.
